COVRD’s terms of service are being prepared by counsel and are not published yet. They will appear on this page when they are.

We would rather say that than post something written to fill the space. A contract nobody reviewed is not a contract you should have to rely on.

What we can tell you today

The terms are not written yet, but these are facts about the service and they are true now:

COVRD is operated by Main Street Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Full details are on the business information page.
What COVRD collects and who can see it is described on the privacy page, which is written from the database schema rather than from a template. It carries its own draft notice.
What messages COVRD sends, and how consent for them works, is described on the messaging page.
You can delete your account from inside the app, and doing so removes your personal details rather than merely hiding them.
COVRD does not take payment for jobs. You settle with your pro directly.
